RACING DAYS 2026 - 23rd Rupert Hollaus Race, Red Bull Ring, Spielberg/Styria, 1. – 2. 8. 2026

RACING DAYS 2026 - Wolfgang Stropek gave his farewell as the organiser and the number 18 pit once again was glowing orange. Horst Scheuer, Andreas Ruppi, Willi Werndl, Reinhold Weinert, and the Lechermann racing family (Dagmar, Günter, Lukas) had entered their race-LAVERDAs. Willi had brought five orange racing machines. Max Kolar started on his beautiful SEGONI Kawasaki 750 H2, which however did not quite prove sound enough yet.

The weather for practice and qualification on Saturday was absolutely perfect. Much to our surprise Giovanni Laverda paid a visit to pit number 18 which of course was an absolute pleasure for all of us.

Sunday morning the track was still partially wet. Reinhold Weinert crashed in turn 4 and had to be taken to Judenburg Hospital. To add insult to injury he crashed his LAVERDA 750 SFC Replica, which, after a crash in Schwanenstadt he had just intricately re-built and freshly painted.
